So as I stated before I love going to the gym. I do a number of different workouts that work for my body. One of my favorite workouts and the only thing I do for strength training is reformer pilates. The machine looks like a torture chamber but it’s rather delightful. This workout helps with posture, body alignment (you’ll be surprised at how uneven your body is), strengthening and making muscle long and lean instead of bulky and compact which is what I need as a model. The workouts challenges your mind and body connection. I’ve been practicing reformer and mat pilates for 3 years and I LOVE it. For more information visit
